Some of the Juniors who train at Dover Indoor Tennis have been playing since they were four years old. Some of our most  accomplished players have continued playing well into their eighties.

Using the NTRP ranking system, it's easy to find just the match that suits you. Tennis ladders, tournaments and mixers make sure that you'll keep in touch with your old tennis friends and meet some new ones as well.

Tennis is great exercise!
As your tennis skills improve, you'll notice how your game demands more from your body. Hitting your newly improved forehand becomes so much fun that you're motivated to race to the perfect spot every time. There may not be a more fun way to get into great shape.
